Undrar om Shane med ett bra år i Wsbk får nån slags upprättelse för dom sura MGP åren vilket verkar vara det enda som förföljer den mannen. Verkar finnas folk i främst andra sajter som tycker att det är "kul" att upprepade gånger ta upp samma problem,för att gotta sig lite o att andra ska delta i det.

Honda verkar lite oväntat ha ännu mer att jobba på än de övriga förväntade front gubbarna..

Max 3:a och Aprilia maskinen håller än

Byrne är en bra förare men, som vanligt, inte riktigt så bra som engelska medier vill göra honom.
De Honda team som var med är ju antingen B-team eller helt nya som Stiggy.

Jo d e sant, det är för många mkt nytt så här års..

Främst ? att "etablerade" Rolfo,Laconi, och Lanzi inte mäktade med att gå under 1,45 och därmed ser det ut som att "B-Team" Honda har en del jobb kvar

Haslam,Rolfo/Stiggy kommer förhoppningsvis ligga en bra bit före Nakasuga o Polita vid nästa test

Håller lite på shakey oxå ! Världens bästa mc "journalist" genom tiderna.
Har läst sönder alla fast bikes han va med å gjorde. dagens hojtidningar är ju
elevråds tidningar i jämförelse.

Som han körde duccen i årets bsb blir jag väldigt förvånad om han inte kommer synas en hel del. en hel del foggy/bayliss över hans körning.
Klart underskattad förare. synd de inte gav honom xeroxen bara.

Fast han formligen utklassade ju Sykes & Haslam i de flesta race under den gånga säsongen. Minns bara regnet i race 2 på Snetterton. Nere på 13:e plats och hopplöst efter resten p.g.a Karl Harris vurpa. 12 varv senare stod ett helt startfält och skämdes för han vunnit med styvt 4-5sek.. Shakey om nån platsar i WSBK

Spies says the number choice is a way to remember his best friend, Brian Smith, who used 19 as his number and was killed in a club race in Texas. Since then the frequency it appears in Spies' life is astounding. "Every time I look up the number 19 is there," Spies said yesterday.

S1000RR rapport från Valencia..
The two day test at Valencia was the first time that Troy and team mate Ruben Xaus rode the new S1000RR and at the end both riders left in a very positive frame of mind. Both Troy and Ruben were immediately able to get right down to business and start working with the bike and start their new challenge. Fortunately the weather was good throughout the two days and the team were able to use the maximum amount of time on the track. Now the technicians will return to the workshops to analyse all the data and prepare the bikes for the next test, but the whole team is already looking forward to the next track outing.

Troy tränade med flax
I am a bit surprised really because I didn’t think I would feel as comfortable on the bike as I did. The base is very good and although there is a lot of work to be done, I feel very positive about our prospects. Even though I have had just two days on the bike, I feel it is my bike and I wasn’t expecting that so soon. I’m happy with the progress we made over the two days and now the team have now got a lot of info and telemetry data to work with for the next test. The communication is very good and there have been no problems except that I got hit by a bird towards the end of the test. It happened between turn one and two and it hit me just under the throat, above my chest protector, and it was a pretty heavy hit. It ruined my lap and it didn’t do the bird any good either!

Kawasaki have ended weeks of speculation by confirming that the British based Paul Bird Motorsports team will run their factory effort in WSB from 2009.

Yamaha Spain kommer inte ställa upp nästa år i WSS600. Anledningen är ekonomin just nu. Man kommer dock köra hemma i Spanien i Extreme och Supersport i CEV nästa år.

Intressant ang B.Spies träff med M.Schumacher ...

Schumacher showed everybody that he's pretty quick. He came to a track that he didn't know, along with everybody else, and he was good. He was exactly where I thought he would be. Obviously not quite on the pace, but definitely, for a weekend rider kind of guy, he was up front, and what I can say about Michael is I can see why he's done what he's done. Even though he's not at the speed that the front guys are at, it's amazing, if you listen to him talk, the feedback he can give. He understands suspension and mapping and all the different tires he tried, and he can really break it down. It's pretty amazing. I think Michael could obviously run up front now in the Formula One cars and probably still be the best at it, even without the driving aids they used to have, the brakes and the traction control and stuff. When he was in the cars, those aids are why the cars go around as fast as they do - the traction control, the brake control, all the different adjustments with the wings and all that stuff. Even though a lot of people complained that it takes the driving out of them, it really takes the driver to set the car up. That's where I can understand how he did that, because he is so good with feeling the changes and being able to talk about what every component is doing, and break it down. He understands the mechanicals of a motorcycle

Ja, det är samma sak som i MotoGP. Rossi är ju troligen lik Schumacher, bra på att ge feedback helt enkelt. Det syns ju på både hans resultat och hur Yamahan har blivit bättre och bättre.

Ingen Go Eleven spons 2009 ..

The team led by Marco Borciani in the 2009 WSBK Season will be named Team Sterilgarda.

The partenership with Go Eleven company expired at the end of the 2008 championship. The team wants to thank the company for the worthwhile partnership during the last season.

Hur stor skillnad är det på en fabrikare & en Sterilgarda? Efter ha ha sett en review på BSB 2008 är jag lite hoppfull inför Shakey's intåg där. Är topp 3 i totalen helt orealistiskt?

Skulle vilja säga att shakey "lätt" är i klass med de bästa chaffisarna i wsbk och max å ruben visade både genom sp och race att sterilgardan håller för pallen. M a o så borde utfallet vara klart redan. Om !!!!, nu inte de andra stallen trollat fram en massa extra ur deras formula.

Blir ett grimmt år det här ! Och det är kul att hänga ut hakan lite.
