Turbo for ZX10R, how?

Im sorry that I speak english, but I start this topic for my friend in Poland plus my swedish is not too good I hope you dont mind...
Anyways, he wants to put a turbo in his Zx10R to get around 250 hk, the problem is that Turbos are not popular at all in poland so he doesnt know how to start...is it better to buy a ready to install kit or to build it alone? Any one who could explain how to do it step by step? Which kits are best?
He would be very thankfull for an anwser!

Vad tror du om Muzzys? Det måste vara bull? 500 bhp är mycket.
