FEDERAL AGREEMENTS FOR ORGANIZATION of FMI 250 GP Trophy
The federal agreements made by Tordis for the organization of the 2009
championship 2009 are the following:
1. The FMI Trophy will take place on the following circuits : Vallelunga, Mugello, Misano, Magione, and Rijeka, ensuring that the departure grill is full for every circuit respecting the contracts stipulated.
2. Costs 2009: Registration for the Championship is of €uro 1000,00, plus Euro
250,00 for every race, which gives the enrolled rider the right to the following
services: TV Interviews - n1 DVD for each race and a set of Castrol products, and also the enrolled rider will be able to take part in the European Championship races without added expenses.
3. The registrations sent must be paid for in full even in the case of a non justified absence by the enrolled rider, thus avoiding administrative endorsements.
4. It is also possible to participate in the championship as a ‘wild card’ rider, but not having the right to the above mentioned services. The cost for each single race for the ‘ wild card’ rider is of €uro 330,00
5. The ‘wild card’ rider must apply in writing to the organizer whose duty it will be to evaluate his possible participation. On receipt of a positive answer the rider in question is obliged to make payment by bank draft to A.S. Tordis Racing c \ c000000153729 ABI 06200 CAB 70101 CIN I IBAN -- T 76
