Hi everyone,
I have just recently taken lease of a large 4 room workshop space in Alöv just outside of Malmö. There is four separate rooms plus a large shared room in the centre. There is also a toilet and shower which is very convenient, and 3 phase power for heavey machinery. Plus, there is an oven... so it is possible to bake/cure painted motorcycle parts
I am wanting to rent out 2 of the rooms for 1100SEK each per month. You can rent both or I could have two individuals renting one room each.
A bit about myself... I am a 27 year old guy from New Zealand and have been living in Malmö for 6 months now. I work a 9-5 job as an Industrial Designer which is what I am educated in as well. I am here indefinaitly now with my Swedish girlfriend (yeah, why else would someone from NZ live here?!). But I do like it here and that is why I am trying to set up a nice hobby place/workshop/man cave so that I can survive the winter months and build some cool stuff. I am interested in two main things - bikes and motorbikes. So this is what I will be working with. However I am also interested in anything mechanical, design or engineering related and even furniture and other cool crafts.
About you... I am very open to all kinds of people but it is certainly more fun if you are interested in Motorbikes, bikes or some other cool craft. I hope hoping to build a creative enviroment where we can hang out, share ideas and work on cool projects. I only have basic tools at the moment so you will need to supply your own tools and machinery for whatever work you want to do.
