Yes of course!

1. Get your hands on a set of 17inch wheels. And get them to fit...
2. Buy a 320mm brakedisc and a bigger caliper.
3. Stiffen the suspension with new springs and thicker oil. You can lower the bike some to...

What about the sound?? how dose a muffler with a silincer or from some other motard effekt the engine on the motocross! and what else do i need so that i can drive it legaly on the streets I meen the bike should be legal

If you have a motocross bike you want to make street legal, you'll probably end up spending a lot of money on sound dampening and so forth. Best way to get a street legal supermoto bike is to buy a street legal offroad bike (ex. Suzuki dr 650, Yamaha TT 600, wr 426/450, KTM 625/640or Honda XR 600/650) change the wheels and front brake setup. It's almost impossible to register a motocross bike as anything else than a enduro bike and then your only alowed to drive to and from competitions sanctioned by svemo.
