Man make mistakes ............

Fork seal problem on near new bike ...Looks like rubber melted and smeared over the chrome tube....Turns out the fork had NO OIL in it from new.... Note Rider never noticed that there was any thing wrong with fork action..........
2/
New bike taken by owner and returned 1 hour later with complaint that shock has no rebound......dealer quickly swaps the sock from a new bike and later finds that inside the shock what looks like a steelo pot scrubber pad ....later identified as machining swaft left in the shock body during manufactory........
3/
Same thing was case 2/ finds a huge moth in the shock that has gotten mashed in the valving........
4/
World champion motocross rider finishes a gp race in third and is asked by suspension guy how the bike is handling...Rider said great just leave it for the next moto.....Suspension guy says "good I don't feel like doing any more work to day"
Rider says "I thing you will be ...I saw a shock reservoir on the ground in the second corner after lap 3...some one will be looking for you!" Both look at the riders bike and see it was the one off this bike ! he was happy with the bike handling but it had on oil in it and the reservoir had been snapped off for 16 laps!!!!
And Yes a new on was fitted for the next moto!

World champ road racer goes out for testing does 8 laps (good lap times and is asked about the shock he says it is ok but a little stiff on the bumps Shock guy looks at the bike .....no shock just a steel bar that the team uses to trans port the bikes when that shock is out being serviced! (the rider took the wrong bike out )
huh!
6/
suspension guy sick of being told that the fork is too harsh on high speed compression, takes all valving out of the fork and send the rider out to track rider reports it was softer before!!!!
7/
Australian Champion rider complains that forks are crap and unrideable..Team mechanic instructed to change setting for the race (next day) mechanic sleeps in and doesn't have time before practice to swap forks over.....sends rider out with same "unrideable setting"
Rider and "advisers" report "new setting 100% improvement over yesterday and now look perfect.?
