buy or dont husaberg 2005 650

I´ve been offered to buy a husaberg 650 supermotard from 2005 ...cant find any who can advise me on this topic...eihter you favorise one brand over the orter...please help....... the bike was driven by the second place winner of the danish round..mikkel cap. i can get the bike for 28000...do i buy...or not

For that price I would buy it no questions asked. If you donät want it just buy it then sell it for a higher price.. 2800 is like maximum 40 000:- SEK right? That's cheap for a 2005

the bike was bought for 68000 danish...plus tunning for 30000 more...i´m gonna get new wheel with motard racing tyres... and another set of wheels ekstra with rain tyres...plus ekstra brakes disc ....is there any known problems with this machine

Great bike at a great price.

However, it is a racing machine and will require frequent maintenance and now and then something will break.

If you plan on riding it on the street you will probably be dissapointed with the constant valve clerance adjustments and high upkeep costs. For track use it's about the most fun you can have on two wheels.
