Hjälp: Löpande uppsägningstid på engelska?

Sitter och skall skriva avtal på engelska... Hur översätts "3 månaders löpande uppsägningstid"? Uppsägningstid är ju period of notice. Men vad blir löpande uppsägningstid? Dvs avtalet avslutas 3 månader efter att man har sagt upp det. Det är inte så att man måste säga upp det tre månader innan ett visst datum, för annars förlängs det ett år.

När jag ändå håller på, vad heter bindningstid?

Någon här på Sporthoj som har koll på affärsengelskan?

First-time EMPLOYEES shall be subject to a probationary period of three (3) months following commencement of service during which this AGREEMENT can be terminated by either party without cause at any time upon fourteen (14) days prior written notice. If the AGREEMENT is terminated in the probationary period by the EMPLOYER, the repatriation costs should be shouldered by the EMPLOYER. Thereafter either party may terminate this AGREEMENT without cause upon two (2) months written notice.
EMPLOYER may in lieu of providing the requisite notice, pay to EMPLOYEE the MINIMUM INCOME to which the EMPLOYEE would be entitled during the notice period. If the EMPLOYEE terminates this agreement before the end of the mutual notice period, the EMPLOYEE may be held responsible for the cost incurred by the EMPLOYER in securing a replacement. For personnel in group A either party may terminate this AGREEMENT without cause upon three (3) months written notice. EMPLOYER may in lieu of providing the requisite notice, pay to EMPLOYEE the MINIMUM INCOME to which the EMPLOYEE would be entitled during the notice period. The probationary period shall not apply to EMPLOYEES previously engaged by the EMPLOYER within a one (1) year period prior to the execution of this AGREEMENT.

Jag har två veckor som rekommendation, men kan sluta/bli uppsagd utan förvarning.

3 månaders uppsägningstid har jag. Rent juridiskt jobbar jag nog på bahamas då båten är flaggad där. Men 3 månader är väl standard i sverige annars har jag för mig?

Okej, du tillhör alltså "grupp A"... Stämmer nog att tre månader är standard i Sverige. Antog bara att du jobbade utomlands iom att ditt kontrakt var på utrikiska.

För övrigt låter det som ett bra utgångsläge när det är dags att deklarera...

continuous bör vara ordet du söker.

Nä iofs, men den meningen med 3 månaders uppsägningstid står med i min första post. Orkade helt enkelt inte leta reda på det. Enklare att klippa o klistra.
