PORTRA 160NC
Natural Color Film
Designed to reproduce color as the human eye sees it. Low contrast, very fine grain, and natural colors.
“I shoot formals very quickly because I don’t want to miss what’s going on at the rest of the wedding. So I love the wide exposure latitude in PORTRA Films. If the situation is challenging, and the neg is under-or over-exposed, the print can almost always be saved. And the detail in the PORTRA 160 is just phenomenal.”

The NC designation (Natural Color) lives up to its name. Colors are accurate, delivering clean whites and pure reds. Flesh tones are excellent and a comparatively low contrast position helps to smooth out skin blemishes and hold detail in both very light and very dark fabrics. This film is generally recommended for controlled lighting situations, but the softer contrast can also provide you with a critical advantage if you are faced with an overly harsh lighting situation that you need to shoot with available light. These features, along with the fact that the negatives from PORTRA 160NC Film enlarge well, makes it a perfect choice for both portraits and weddings.

Beautiful Portraits at any Moment.
